I am very satisfied with my MacBook Air purchase! I bought this laptop for school and I was very worried about purchasing a used computer for so much, though I needed a Mac and BestBuy has a return policy that made me feel better about it. The MacBook I received looks great and the only small issue with the computer is the K key presses in abnormally. It works, though you can feel the key does not press in perfectly like the others. This is definitely the fastest computer I have ever owned and I hope it maintains its performance. Battery lasts much longer than my HP also. I am happy, hope if anyone else buys it they get a nice one as well.

It’s pretty good, runs solid. came with a cover on it that i assume is covering some scratches but the little cover looks nice as well. just started college and it works perfectly for it.

I love love my refurbished laptop. It was a great purchase for me. I don’t need anything fancy and this gives exactly what I need. I haven’t experienced any problems. It looks brand new. No scratches or knicks. I just need to learn how to use it vs using a regular Dell or anything other than Apple.

I’ve had this macbook for well over a week and I’m loving it!!! I rate it a 4/5 start because my macbook came with a minor scratch and a broken charger but besides that, the macbook itself works like new! I would recommend it.

For the price and what the year, really a good deal. Frustrating some of the limitations which is more of an Apple problem then Best Buy.

I understand it being pre-owned but this product was banged up and looked horrible. Why would you even sell this to someone. What a waste of my money

So far so good. My item was refurbished and came with one tiny dent mark. MacBook cover case was purchased from Amazon to give it a girly look. Overall very very satisfied my daughter loved it…

Still in good quality and shape and still functioning well.

Unfortunately, my first one came damaged (screen went out) but there is warranty for a year...I quickly contacted the support, sent that laptop back and received a new refurbished one in a week! This one is perfect! Great price for a laptop with no damage at all! Perfect for working on the go and travel.

This is my first ever Macbook every and I wanted something that I can save money with, yet still allowing me to enjoy Apple. When I got it, the middle hinge was cracked a bit (when you open it, the small black bar that allows you to open and close it) which wasn't horrible considering it was used. Battery life could be desired more. It lasts a few hours of continual use, but that's about it. But it's an older model so RIP. Overall, if you're looking to save money but wanna keep it as close to up to date as possible, it's really good. I'm glad I got it! Plan on getting a newer one later on in the year if finances allow it.

It got the job done. If you're on a budget this is the laptop for you if you prefer to have apple products only. I think that there could be newer laptops for the same or a better price that do the same thing. I replaced this because it was slowing down.

I read previous reviews before purchasing, and this was indeed a good purchase. My laptop arrived without any scratches in almost excellent condition. It has great speed and holds an excellent charge. I would highly recommend.

I'm using this laptop now and let me tell you! this computer is awesome! obviously it was not BRAND NEW but it is in very good shape the computer had a very small scratch and very small dent but other then that it works and runs smoothly I am VERY pleased with this purchase its probably my favorite one yet!

I like it. It’s pretty good for school work, however the battery needs replacing asap as it needs to constantly be charged otherwise the MacBook shuts down without warning
