I ended up returning it and getting a new M4 Air for like $150 more which was a steal in comparison, but i have nothing but good things to say about the M-series Macbooks. You just have to really shop around to make sure that you're getting a good deal, prices vary wildly.

Worked for like a month and then got black screen just frustrating because they say checks are done for hardware and then you still end up having the issues.
