 I received my preowned MacBook Air 13.3 laptop a little nervous to open it but I was amazed what I found I couldn’t find a scratch on it. it came with a brand new charger. and runs exceptionally well.

The computer itself was amazing. I enjoyed my time using it. I would definitely recommend something brand new next time though.

Pros: The macbook was in good condition minimal scratches and perfect shape. Nice big screen and ability to set up sync with iphone Cons: the battery drained incredibly fast and it keeps dying at exactly 11 percent. This is the first day I own it so nothing is set up btw It drains quicker than any other of my technology which shocked me i thought it would last a long time like my old computer which could last for days. I was on it at 20 percent, i closed it shut for 3 minutes I came back it was at 11 and super hot and then it just died. This was a little upsetting but it is a nice computer which i’ll unfortunately probably spend lots of money fixing the battery problem :(

I love my refurbished MacBook Air, however, I cannot download any apps from the App Store and when I called Apple Support she'd told me that there is something wrong with the hard drive and I would either have to send it in to an apple store or get a refund from Best Buy. I hate that I'm not able to download any apps, but I am glad that I have an iPad for backup

Ive been very happy with my purchase. The soeed and screen qaluuty is great! I love how easy it is to find acvessories for it.

Great Laptop! Just the right size and weight. Purchased for one of my employees who needed to carry it around conveniently in our school classrooms/office.

There was a piece of lettuce in the computer. It was also very dirty. It is a great computer tho! No problems.

Product is amazing. I had to reorder because my first one wasn't working properly but my second one came 2 days later & I love it especially for the deal. Works amazing it upgrades to the newest system and everything is just perfect. I would definitely recommend.

This is my first Mac and it took a bit of getting accustomed to but it works fine. Haven’t had any issues so far. I needed a quick replacement for a laptop that I use maybe once a month and this works much better than that one did at its best.

Pretty cool for the price. The battery runs down pretty fast.

The day I received my laptop I couldn’t even turn it on because there is no operating system being detected. Geek squad absolutely useless and my only option was to trade it in. Guess we’ll see if the 2nd one works. Sheesh

This computer I would say was one of the best purchases I have made so far. Shipping was on time and the product was the same as in the description.

Excellent physical condition, but the keys are really loud and some of the you have to push pretty hard, as they get stuck. Pleased for the price, but could have been better.
