Just as good as the newest one!!! Great condition!!!

I switched from Microsoft too Apple and can say I’m pleased being I have all Apple devices. So much easier to transfer information with a touch of a button or simply signing in. I can run a lot of different programs all at the same time as well.

Pretty great, I'm giving a 4 because there is scratches and a little crack so it shouldn't be labeled as excellent conditions but since this is my child first product I will settle and see how she does

I bought this pre-owned laptop computer not only was it not reset the battery was dead only running off of the charger when replacing the battery learned that it was not the year that was advertised it was two years older and the battery would not fit I am returning it for a full refund and I will never buy anything else from Best Buy called customer service several times and got the runaround I do not appreciate it and I will not tolerate it.

Great computer but since it was pre-owned the battery life is not the best

Everything works greats except some of the keys dont work on the first push or will act like you clicked it twice..

I love Mac and won’t go back. I’ve owned 2 MacBooks myself, one I just upgraded and the other I still have. In addition to those, I’ve purchased MacBooks for my employees and friends/family and they all love them. So easy to learn and use.

We purchased this refurbished Mac feom Best Buy and started having battery issues immediately. I contacted the warranty and they told me they would not cover it because the battery was fine when purchased. I took to Apple certified dealer to replace battery and it is considered vintage and cannot be replaced by Apple. So we now have a Macbook that will not woek properly and stay charged for college. I will not purchase another Apple item from Best Buy

Product received defective, Same price as the new MacBook Air, so don’t even bother. Especially if you really want the Touch Bar it’s not worth it.

My teen (1)7) is in love with this computer. I can't keep him off of it. He loves how fast it up/dwn loads and its quality.

Great back to school find for my kids 1st year of college. While they narrow down their direction. Didn’t want to spend a ton and this was the best option.
