Overall a very nice computer. Love it!! It does overheat sometimes. A few scratches on the top but nothing too bad.

The description of this computer is very deceiving. They did not mention that would refurbish computer. You have to spend your whole day researching for the updated for this particular computer. There was nothing on the description that states upon receiving you need to research and download the newest update for this particular computer Never again I will buy a refurbished from Best Buy and I definitely would not recommend to anyone. Unless you enjoy having a headache and being frustrated, but when you get through all the stress, then only then the computer will work correctly.

computer works fine whenever it wants to turn on. battery dies in minutes sometimes.

Laptop battery and charging component failed approximately three to four months following purchase, with no clarified support or warranty offered from Best Buy for their own “certified products.” Very disappointing from this company and I would not recommend buying their products if it is not new as you cannot guarantee what you are getting.

It worked for a week without being plugged into the wall, now it doesn't hold charge.
