Great computer love it. I used it for college and I still use it today bout it a year ago

Great Mac for the price! This was my daughter’s first MacBook so we wanted to test out something more economical just in case she didn’t like it. I’m pleased to say that she loves it! Has plenty of storage. The speed is fairly decent and very easy to use and navigate. I wish I would have purchased more ram but we will next time. Good laptop for the price!

Product is probably as good as it could be considering it’s age however it was in rough condition and preforms slowly. It will get me by for now.

A slept on little device, despite the 10yr difference, a simple upgrade of the hdd to an ssd and a boost to 16gb ram and suddenly it was running as fast as I needed for all my day to day work

This isn't a great computer but it is reliable. I didn't want to spend 1200 on a new Mac so I opted for an older refurbished one. I like that I can trust the protection and it always starts and doesn't randomly shut off. It is bulky and gets much warmer than my old ASUS though.

This is a 10 year old MacBook Pro a lot of things have changed in 10 years. It bulky and heavy, noisy slow to boot up and doesn’t have a solid state hard drive I returned it the next day. I would not recommend this laptop spend the money and get a earlier version

Would not work when I got it and needed to be updated. Had to make an appointment with geek squad and Apple to get it fixed

Unfortunately when I it was communicated the MacBook was ready for me and I got it home it had a password so I was unable to logon. I took it back to the store and was advised they should have restored it prior to me leaving, but now the geek advisor communicated that the screen was glitching. Had the product been setup properly prior to my arrival the staff would have observed it was defective and I could made the decision at that time to get a refund or never checked out the product. However, because I finalized the sale by picking it up I was unable to get a full refund and was charged $30 for a anti virus program with no MacBook to use it on. Would not recommend.

I was totally disappointed in apple, I am a fan of apple and was confident that my refurbished Mac laptop would come to me in excellent working condition, sadly it came defective to me and was completely worthless. I had to end up returning it and leaving without an apple computer because even geek squad said it was beyond repair! Who sends a customer out a defective refurbished computer, Best Buy did! Unacceptable.

Saw this preowned MacBook Pro Mid 2012 for $379. Was listed in specs as having a SSD 500gb hard drive but in fact did not. Looked at same sale sometime afterwards and price had been lowered to $329. Alas, price match adjustments do not apply to pre owned products: but still a great deal. Did buy a Samsung SSD drive, copied the original drive and installed: lots faster booting up and visiting items saved!! Would recommend to a friend...

So it gets a great score but I forget that it’s a 2012 computer with that being said it still out performs other newer computers just won’t download apps from the app store

Sloooow... Barely runs software like photoshop. Basically an expensive tablet with no touchscreen. I'm going to try upgrading the ram but I was reading that they can only take up to 16gb? not very impressed.

Worth the money, comes with no charger but the item itself is nice, just a little slow but it's worth it
