Great computer only downside is that you can’t purchase all apps because it says you must have a certain update.

The Mac Book Pro showed up as promised. But it was really slow and had some other problems. Or shall I say a lot of problems. I was excited to get it and was anticipating setting it up and using it. The darn thing took to long to load up anything. It started overheating. I took it back to Best Buy where it was order from. The thing kept kicking my password out. I settled for a new pc instead. I am a teacher and needs something reliable. I will not be buying any refurbished computers. If I cannot buy new then I want get it. No good for me.

Its not what I expected cant get email, safari. doesnot work and it has goggle chrome i took it to the geek squad and they couldn't do anything with it. I was expecting a little bit more from a refurbrisk computer Not a satisfied customer

Overheats badly won’t allow me to connect to iTunes

Pros: It is a Mac, price is fare. Cons: Yo can run the latest Mac OS, therefore you cannot install Microsoft Office

MacBook had issues. Speaker was busted and system on laptop deleted.

Keys were broken have to replace hard to find. Otherwise ok

I purcahsed this and finally went to pick it up today. However when I got it home the charger would not work no matter what I did, so I packed it back up and took it to best buy. Whom then told me that I would have to pay 79.00 dollars to replace the charger on top of the 267 that I paid.

Great little MacBook. Arrived in perfect condition. Works good, I'm very satisfied.

Purchased as a gift, my son is in love with it. The cost was awesome
