This refurbished laptop was absolute junk. It came without a charger, it immediately had battery issues and was overheating the same day I opened it up out of the box. The process to get it repaired would not even be possible through Best Buy, but only through the company that refurbished the MacBook (which has horrendous online reviews that are kept hidden through companies like Best Buy). Buy new or open box, not refurbished.

Great computer at a great price! Was a little worried as it is a refurbished buy but, have not had any issues! Works perfectly! My son is happy and ready for school.

Unit was certified to be working correct and this would include hardware. This was completely false! The battery needed to changed! The unit would not retain a charge! The would shut down after a few minutes of use.
