I needed a better laptop. This one was in my budget and a 15.4 size with high resolution. I’m finding just a few minor problems because it’s older. I’m glad I didn’t let that stop me it works way better than the previous one.

I just opened the box and im already heading to best buy. I understand it is used but i at least expected it to be presentable when I received it. Sticker marks and dirt along with rough edges around the screen. I am extremely displeased and my time has been wasted. If you have value on your dollar best buy doesnt so dont shop used with them. I wont even gamble to see if thing lasts because whom ever owned it didn’t value it and whomever “cleaned” it up didnt value it, i know it wont last.

This machine is working just fine , running my Dj programs without any issues.

The best purchase I made in 2022 I love this MacBook Pro the sound is amazing display quality is great fast charging makes it easy when on the go

Everything works great and super fast. Came with Charger and was able to update to macOS Catalina then BigSur. Love it

First my charger broke then my cmputer wont connect to wifi cause theres a adt lock on it

I like the small size. My original order was lost in shipping. Honestly, I can’t remember which one I received, finally. My fav is my ancient one with packing tape holding the screen together which has built in inputs for everything

I began a hobby which needed a specific Apple Mac Book Pro. I didnt want to buy a New 2023 Mac Book for this hobby, so I searched for refurbished Geek Squad Certified laptops and was able to find exactly what I needed!

This is a big up grade from my old apple laptop i love it . The only thing i dont like is the battery does not hold a long charge but other than that I love it!

Wish i knew the battery life was as poor as it was. kin get kinda buggy and slow, and will shut itself off

Extremely pleased by this refurbished laptop the youth Thea received it was pleased and surprised. Looked brand new, free 1 year virus security protection. His parents had a deal on Microsoft application so he was set for that. Because of this laptop is refurbished it does not qualify for Apple Care.

This MacBook Pro Good work and faster. Also price is good.

Computer didn’t work due to bad battery. Took it to Geek Squad and they said to just return it. The next day the same computer with the same serial number was back on line for sale.

The Book works fine and looks good. The only problem I have is that it I can’t download off the App Store. It’s not update to the latest version

It has been a good computer so far. Powers up fast and is quick

I was ver disappointed this came in wet and the outside of the package was damaged.
