Bought this for my daughter just entering college..seems great so fare..super fast..great battery..has a little dent on the bottom but nothing too bad...luv it so far!

Absolute piece of crap brought home and tryed to run through set up type into box and couldn’t even fill box info type in info and literally took minutes for info to fill box. I just converted from android to iPhone last spring and needed 2nd laptop for my shop figured go Apple umm all set

Worst purchase ever

I purchased this online it got shipped very fast but once I got it my daughter put it to charge and by the next day it was barely charged to 20 percent. Called customer care got the run around and never got a call back. Took it into the store and the geek squad said there was tons of things wrong with the laptop . So I got a refund. Will NEVER by open box item from here as they clearly don’t check their equipment prior to sending out
