A: No it only tilts, you have to detach the IPad to use as a tablet

A: Yes, the new 12.9” magic keyboard is backwards compatible. Just make sure you buy the correct size (11” or 12.9”) for your iPad.

A: Yes, it the second gen. It came out together with the iPad 5th gen. The newest model.

A: I don’t think you need a sleeve with the magic keyboard, the magic keyboard can serve as a protector of the iPad and itself. See my attached image.
Q: Can you use it with the fifth GEN
A: Yes this product works with the latest 2021 iPad Pro 12.9” 5th Generation.
Q: Do they make any type of protective cover for the IPad 12.9 with the Magic Keyboard?
A: Yeah they do! Most cost around 40-70 dollars on top of the already 350. The pitaka case is the best for value at 69.99. Although I’ve used both the 12.9 and 11, they don’t really need side protection.
