I’m very happy with this phone. I was very skeptical buying pre-owned, however, I feel like I hit the jackpot with this phone! Aside from some, scratching on the screen, which you can only see in direct light, this phone looks and works just like it was brand new. Absolutely no scratching on the back. The battery life is at 89% battery health. Everything is fully functional and works perfectly. Like I said, I feel like I hit the jackpot! Absolutely nothing to be upset about with this phone.

The iPhone 11 pro max came in a great condition. The setup was very easy, the camera was good, no scratches, the battery is good and the phone looks like new. When it was delivered the battery was 0% I was worried. After changing it to 100% it took almost a week before the second charge. I bought it for my daughter and she is very happy and loving it.

This was a puechase for my daughter. Packaging was torn and the phone container was cracked. The phone was in goid condition. The phone works good. It came with no charge.

I had never gotten an iPhone refurbished,especially not one from a few generations back. I expected to see minor wear marks, even if very well inspected. From a careful owner. What I got was a 4 year old model that if it had come sealed in the Apple box I would have thought was brand new. It made me realize these have gotten so good generationa over generation improvement are not trivial but effectively difficult to notice. I have owned every model year except the original (owner since iPhone 3GS which really was “ Twice as fast, for half the price.” The slogan at the time. I downgraded to this from an iPhone pro max 14 and honestly, I’m not missing much phone wise and have 500 bucks. That said, I’ll probably upgrade after the surprising experiment next year.

The phone had light scratches. The screen function were great. But I did notice right away after connecting it. People could not hear me on calls clearly. I can’t put it on speaker because they say it’s too staticky. Other than that the phone is pretty durable. I e dropped it many times it has plenty of damage but the screen still works

I Bought this iPhone 11 Pro for my wife. She loves it works great like a brand new phone. The iPhone pro 11 was excellent condition. No scratches no damage.

I wanted an 11 and Best Buy is the only one with one for a decent price. I love it so far, no issues :)

the phone was cracked on the back by the camera and had a couple of dents. Speakers sounded like static. Description did not describe these defects

Decent phone. I love all Apple products. It has a great camera but it is only 4g so it’s a bit slower then the 12 I just had.

This I phone is fack that’s why it showing no imei number and the error message

The item delivered two days late, package was open and one side of hard cover was broken.
