I understand i bought a pre-owned phone, but it was advertised as being in excellent condition and it was not. The battery had maximum capacity of 78% which means it is “significantly degraded.” The screen had a small scratch, but i could ignore that. I should have returned it but i already activated it so that’s my problem. The lesson i learned is: the condition of a pre-owned phone, excellent, good or fair, has no meaning and check battery health when you pick up the phone.

Good phone that works, fits in pockets because of its small size, although it did have a few micro scratches on the back.

This is the most amazing purchase I have ever made! the battery life is incredible, and there are absolutely no scratches on the screen or red case. I am so happy with this purchase, and will always use Best Buy to buy tech.

I'm actually very happy with the phone. This is my third iPhone purchase at Best Buy in Huntington - but it will be my last. With my other purchases they transferred all my info from old to new but this time I had to buy a Geek tech support membership ($192!!!). Why didn't they tell me this upfront? What a scam.

This iPhone 13 mini does everything I need my phone to do, and it fits in every pocket and every purse. I hope this size will always be available

Phones in great condition and came with fast shipping

I purchased this iphone with the expectations that it was in "excellent" condition, as the item description stated. Upon receiving I checked the battery health and it showed 79%, apple recommends replacing the batter at 80% or less. Very disappointed in this

I purchased this phone and when delivered I would consider it excellent with no real scratches to the exterior. The most concerning fact is the "full" battery health was less than 75%. So while paying $489, I had to pay an ADDITIONAL $89 to Apple to replace the battery. Not good BestBuy!

Phone was like new. No scratches and came with a new charging cord. Very pleased.

Like it very portable size. It's slightly bigger than my old SE series 1 but with a full screen.
