For the most part the iPhone looks good, it had some damage to one of the camera lens but doesn’t seem to affect the picture quality. Some settings do not stick I’ve changed them several times and just go back to what was there, it does get a bit over heated even with just regular use, I got this phone to make videos and the video quality is great however not everything always works and it will get overheated. For the price of the phone I had higher hopes, I probably just should have put an extra $300 and got an iPhone 17, when I read excellent condition and I pay for excellent condition I do expect to receive something that looks and works great or I could of saved money and gotten something less than excellent condition. It did come with a 90 day Best Buy warranty but I don’t know how long they would need to keep my phone and with many appointments I don’t think I can be without a phone. Overall I’m disappointed considering how much I paid even considered returning the phone but that would also be a hassle looking for another phone and waiting for it to come in and then going to activate it, so I’m sucking it up with this phone but definitely the one I received is not worth what I paid, it’s a decent phone, but I suggest paying a bit extra and just getting the 17 or a new android, I will recommend this product for decent pictures and videos and for basic things.

I have always been an Android phone and Mac computer user. It has been a real struggle to get used to iphone on my business phone. I thought the photos would be astonishing, but they are not. They are ok. The apps are ok, I miss simple things like clipboard. I do love the file sharing between devices which is the main reason I switched my business phone.

It’s an excellent phone; it’s very fast and has a high-quality camera. It has a 6.9-inch screen. I love my new phone and the improvements Apple has made.
