Loved this phone since I got it! When it arrived it looked brand new! I’ve had no issues, super fast, screen is so pretty and I love the size!! Some people thing it’s too small but I prefer smaller phones anyways!

I was slightly worried when deciding to purchse a used phone because of poor battery health, or damage to the phone. I was extremely pleased when i received this phone and it came with 93% battery health and absolutely no damage to the physical phone itself. I was also very happy to know that a charger was included with the phone along with the latest software version and phenomenal screen resolution and camera quality. If your looking for a affordable phone this is the one to get!

Its amazing for an older model its worth your buck i've had it for a month now and works like a charm.

absolutely love this little phone, its been super clean, small and lightweight, has all the power it needs for a second phone and has come in handy soo many times. never seems to run out of battery for days with decent use for a second phone.

siri doesn’t work & when i try sending voice memos it sounds like there is water inside the speaker.

Everything about the phoneis perfect except the battery. It is at 83% but can get repaired for less than $100 so still a great deal

This is my first iPhone after switching from LG/Andriod, and it works great! Since this phone was refurbished, its battery health was at 85, and there was a small scratch on the top right corner. Overall, this phone beat my expectations in quality and performance. I would definitely purchase another refurbished item from Best Buy.

after a while the screen became dark from ink spilling inside the screen im guessing it wasnt well put when refurbished but at the end if the day for the low price of what it would nornally cost me a new phone its good
