Bad phone and purchase

Worst purchase I have ever had. Purchased the phone from Best Buy online. I never used the phone at ALL and when I went to set it up it froze and won’t open. NEVER USED the phone and Best Buy won’t help. The phone even get hot. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Got this for a great price. Have not had a problem with it so far, Refurbs are the way to go if you are trying to save a buck. The battery life is great as well.
