I received the phone and was super excited. It looked like it was in perfect condition! When I turned it on, the screen had all kinds of lines going through it, like a plaid pattern but on my phone screen (meaning the LCD is no longer connected to the logic board, a sign of water/other damage). It's not completely debilitating to the phone, everything is still useful and works perfectly, but the display is certainly annoying. I wish they would have inspected the phone for this issue before shipment.

This iPhone is a great buy! The camera, battery life and performance is excellent. It’s a very clean refurbished phone. I would definitely recommend.

So disappointed. The scratches on the front and back of this phone are absurd. There’s a big knick in the metal framing. And to top it all off, the battery needs immediate replacing. Returning this phone to get my money back because this is trash.

The pre-owned iPhone 8 looked like it was barely used, in good shape & the processor is still pretty snappy. Go for it!

I purchased this as a second phone, however I am very picky, especially since it being a used phone. My concerns were Cosmetic and Battery Health. I will say, I am highly impressed! The phone looks brand new (can't find one minor flaw cosmeticly) and to my surprise the "battery health" was 100%!!! Great buy and exceeded my expectations!

I gave 1 star because of 3 reasons 1) I didn’t get at least apple charge. With the charger I got in the package it is charging very slow. 2) Scratches are there on back of the phone. 3) Finally, I thought I’d return this product and get another one. For that Best Buy is charging me $45 restocking fee, which is pathetic. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to buy this or any pre-owned product from best but, because it doesn’t state or looks same as they put in pictures.

Love Best Buy!!! The quality of the product is always better than I expected. They always have deals on stuff, though sometimes it may be a couple dollars it just feels good to know you’re getting something for a lower price. Always greeted by nice and welcoming staff.

It's dishonest to sell this phone as unlocked while it's not. I was gonna use this phone abroad that's why I bought it because you said it's unlocked. Once abroad, I found out it was network locked. totally disappointed. I trusted BestBuy but now I can see all you want is taking money from your customers on misleading advertisement ;

Working well so far only had it for about 3 weeks. I was hesitant at 1st since it was used but its been working great.

this phone worked fine for two weeks and then the battery started dying within 20 minutes of the phone being on and was no longer able to be returned, so incredibly disappointed and un happy
