Really wanted iPhone 13 but stock is no where to be found nether is the 12 or 11, so got stuck with 10gen, it’s a upgrade for me tho as I’ve been on iPhone 8plus since 2016, battery health in settings was 90% so it’s not horrible, 256gig is definitely nice tho as I make YouTube videos, so I’ll keep this for few years

iPhone XS Max is still a very nice phone considering it came out in 2019! Lots of key features that apple users know and love are here. If you’re an iPhone user and need a cheap upgrade this is the way to go!

Navigation is a bit different. Still getting used to it. XS max runs smooth on the latest update(16). Games are way smoother than Android. So far, I’m glad I switched.

I placed my order, chose in-store pick up, and the phone actually arrived 3 Days earlier than expected! In regard to the phone, the display colors are very poor. The colors appear very dull instead of vibrant like on my previous iPhone XS Max 64GB. I searched the phone settings to see if I could make any adjustments to enhance the color and vibrancy. Unfortunately, I can't which is very disappointing. Also, the phone starts to overheat and the battery dies faster than my last iPhone. Overall, I wouldn't purchase another pre-owned device from Best Buy.

It’s a better phone then what I had before the iPhone 7 and the camera didn’t work and the button was broken on that one, but now I can enjoy taking pictures and talk on the phone without being it on speaker all the time
