Short battery life

The battery life is ABYSMAL on this and it gets SO hot when used for more than 20 minutes. It does the job for the most part but I can't wait until I can get rid of it. Biggest waste of money. I've had MacBooks before and this has been the worst one yet

Product finally arrived today, opened up and it's defective, hard drive not readable, doesn't boot up ... you would figure since this is a preowned device that there would be tests done on it to make sure its working before reselling, guess i was wrong, very disappointed.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter for Christmas. Laptop stopped working after 4 months. Wont charge or turn on. Minimum $600 to repair. Even if an item is refurbished it should last more than 120 days

Getting any Macbook under $700 is a STEAL! Now these are not going to be the M1 or M2 in terms of performance and GPU power. These are killer for the price!

Packaged poorly. Corners banged up donto lack of packaging inside plain box. Charge port glitchy. Battery didn’t hold a charge. I ended up returning to a store and purchasing a new MacBook Air M1.
