The pre owned MacBook I reviewed is over all ok. The problem I am having with it is it’s impossible to download apps and it runs super slow so current apps on my computer won’t open. If anyone sees this I would like some help on getting this fixed

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but this turned out to be a great value. Wanted something nice but affordable for my 11yo to start learning to code. This was in amazing shape for being used and almost 8 years old. Anyway, she loves it, and is working thru swift playgrounds and learning to build in roblox.

I love this computer , big upgrade from my old computer even with the year being 2015. I was skeptical of buying a refurbished item but I don’t regret it , best purchase I’ve made !

It’s like new! Great conditions. Just a few attaches but nothing that shows up. It’s working pretty well.

This MacBook Pro exceeded my expectations for Best Buy’s preowned computers! It had almost no noticeable cosmetic damage and was very clean. Overall I would recommend Best Buy’s preowned devices and am very satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased the small but mighty refurbished laptop for my Godson. He is studying to become a professional photographer. He loved this laptop as the size fits easily in his backpack. His mom has a family addition of Microsoft Office so he was able to also load a complete copy of the office suites of applications. His mom has Total Tech but his computer was not eligible to fall under her plan because it was a refurbished model. Other than that he is able to use is photography software and also do his home assignments on this laptop so he is completely satisfied.

The screen keeps glitching, I’ve only had it for 16 days it started doing this the day I got it but I thought it was associated with the app that was running. No one can help me. Just lost basically $500. ( I only bought this for school purposes. I don’t play games. I love the computer itself now if the screen could be fixed… I would give the whole experience 5 stars. But I’ve called 3 different people and everyone of them has given me different answers. One man said in the store: I was lucky to have the ports, “I could just plug the computer up to a monitor and use it.” (Guess I should have bought a desktop instead…) The ordering process was fine shipping was fine but the product itself and the customer services well… not so great.

Great service. First laptop suffered screen flicker. No questions asked. Replacement quickly ordered n delivered. This MacBook works perfectly!! Super service and great MacBook value!!

You guy’s ship me out this computer that didn’t work with out it being plugged in for power. The battery life in the laptop was no good.. I take it back to Bestbuy and they telling me that I haft to pay for the shipping for the replacement laptop to be shipped to me so I just did a full return and got my money back.. I so disappointed in they costumer service..
