I ordered the phone with earbuds combo. Since I’ve used Best Buy in the past I felt assured there would be no issues with the product or order. Not the case because when my order arrived the earbuds were not included. I let them know and they requested through another source to fix the issue. All looked like it was being taken care of until I received a message stating my case was closed. I reached out again stating I still had not received my earbuds and it’s been several days and no one has contacted me. It feels like Best Buy has no control over whether or not their contractors honor orders which are not correct. Both parties seem to simply wash their hands of responsibility. I am far from shutting up about this and after being a fan of Best Buy I am ready to be one of their harshest critics. Way to drop the ball Best Buy

The phone is refurbished and had pretty significant scratches on the screen for excellent condition but overall the phone works.
