It came with a broken rear camera which I had to pay to get fixed because all of my data was already transferred to the phone. Wireless Source offered me a 10% refund or to return the phone but after doing research online I didn't trust this vendor to process my refund. Best Buy offered to let me return in-store but there is no store within 2.5 hours of where I live. Overall, I would not buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy ever again.
