First time buying refurb and…
I was both excited and a little nervous about buying a refurbished Apple Watch Ultra. When it arrived, I was disappointed to find that the band was extremely dirty and the watch itself was completely dead, showing no signs of life. Adding to my frustration, the included charging cable wasn’t the original Apple one but a new Insignia brand. I started to worry that I’d made a mistake with this purchase. Despite my concerns, I decided to give it a chance and plugged it in to charge. After an hour, something incredible happened—the watch sprang to life! The screen lit up beautifully, and it was like unwrapping a brand new Apple Watch. From that moment on, it has worked flawlessly, with no issues whatsoever. The initial disappointment quickly turned into joy as I realized what an amazing deal this truly was. I had saved a significant amount of money and ended up with a product that, once powered up, looked and functioned perfectly. It’s a reminder that sometimes, things just need a little extra care to shine. If you’re on the fence about buying refurbished, I’d say go for it—just be prepared for a bit of a rocky start. In the end, you might find yourself as pleasantly surprised as I was.

Not as advertized
Initial impressions - Not great. Came completely dead, devices should always be stored with some battery charge, I'm waiting to see if it will power on but after 5 minutes so far no luck, also came with a non-apple charger so that might be an issue, and it came with a totally different band from what was described. The one in the package is a green alpine loop, not a beige trail loop. I tried to chat with support and they acted like they didn't know my order number and then disconnected me. I have never had issues like this with Apple directly nor even with Swappa buying used. Really disappointed in Best Buy!

Wrong band
Came with with a black rubber band. Not the trail band as advertised. These bands are expensive to buy separately.
