Still waiting on refund filed Dispute with CC

Been waiting 2 months for replacement, watch went black/dead (confirmed by Apple Care) replacement order was cancelled with no refund. In credit card dispute process now because repeated attempts at refund have led to no resolution. No product and still owed my money.
