You have to have this protection if you own a smart phone or a watch or other device. Best protection for the money. Even if you have coverage with your cell phone company, this coverage is necessary.

It's nice to have extra protection on a expensive phone. Knowing it's somewhat covered if anything were to happen. Haven't needed to use it on either phone.

AppleCare theft and loss, I get it for all my phones. If Something Happens I’m covered two years. Wouldn’t leave the store without it

Absolutely worth the money! I had my cell phone stolen from me and I put in a claim and had to pay a small deductible and got a brand new phone in less than a week.
