I love this movie, it's in great quality. I love the plot and great graphics. I also found number 2, it's just as good.

Big anime fan and got this movie on DVD several years ago. I had been waiting on HD and hadn't really checked back to see if it had released on Blu Ray yet. It was worth the wait.

Very cool movie that looks great. Director's commentary and a couple more featurettes for special features. The DVD is a great bonus.

If you're a fan of anime's this movie is a must have for your collection. The visuals are stunning and the movie has lots of action. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give this movie a "10" for outstanding.

Not as thought provoking as GITS but a very solid movie in its own right. Maybe better action sequences. Hope that someday we get to see a live action version.

I have always been interested in anime.The purchase of this video was not disappointing.

I read the original Appleseed Manga back in the late 1980's-early 90's and enjoyed it. This new movie is a good reboot of that theme. The CGI could be better but the story is good.

good movie for those who like anime about androids and police

A new remake of the old school classic. A lot of remakes suffer compared to the originals but not this one. Loved every moment of it. Engaging plot and absolutely amazing fighting scenes. For all the appreciators of a good visual sci-fi action anime. It can also be found in a "Steelbox" edition

This has been one of my favorites for years now. The Japanese story line is not as childish as U.S. amine, more willing to put a harshness into the plot. Older children or young adults and adults may enjoy the post war type story of new beginnings with the pre war problems still there.

This movie is such an awesome action movie that anyone who loves anime should see! The CGI and cell-shading infusion was seamless and awesome to watch.
