This product arrived with no instructions. And the power goes off seemingly randomly. I can't figure out how to get it to stay on.

I use it to help treat dry eyes. I wish it would ger a little bit warmer but it’s fine for the price.

Light blocking is great, but the heating feature isn't very powerful. In addition if you sleep on your stomach or side, the heating elements uncomfortably press against your temples.
