    Insightful and Easy-to-Use Smart Scale for Everyda

    After using this smart scale for several weeks to monitor my progress, I’ve been genuinely impressed with how easy it is to incorporate into my routine. The setup was straightforward — sync via Bluetooth with the companion Arboleaf app on my phone, and it began tracking my measurements right away. Over time, seeing trends in the app has been much more motivating than just a number on the bathroom floor. The scale doesn’t just show weight. It gives you a suite of body composition metrics like BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, visceral fat and more.     Arboleaf Smart Scale

    This Arboleaf Smart Scale is awesome! I love it! I really didn't think I would like it because it connects with bluetooth and uses an app on your phone, but I actually like it! It gives you way more information about your body which is the 14 key body composition analysis part. You can also use this scale like a normal scale if you just want to see your weight displayed on the scale.
