After using this smart scale for several weeks to monitor my progress, I’ve been genuinely impressed with how easy it is to incorporate into my routine. The setup was straightforward — sync via Bluetooth with the companion Arboleaf app on my phone, and it began tracking my measurements right away. Over time, seeing trends in the app has been much more motivating than just a number on the bathroom floor. The scale doesn’t just show weight. It gives you a suite of body composition metrics like BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, visceral fat and more. Even though I know these kinds of bioelectrical numbers aren’t medical-grade, they’ve been consistent enough to help me watch trends week to week, which is exactly what I wanted. I also appreciate how the LED display is easy to read from a standing position and how the app organizes all my data — I can glance at weekly graphs without guessing what the numbers mean. Syncing with my fitness apps has been useful too, so everything stays in one place. One thing to note is that you have to be barefoot for the body metrics to register properly, which isn’t a big deal but means you can’t hop on with socks if you want full data each time. Overall, for the price point, reliability, and the extra context it gives beyond just weight, this smart scale has been a helpful addition to my wellness routine.

First time with a scale that i can connect to my phone and it is really informative. The app gives you everything you need from BMI, muscle water etc. Now i can track my weight and see differences.

This Arboleaf Smart Scale is awesome! I love it! I really didn't think I would like it because it connects with bluetooth and uses an app on your phone, but I actually like it! It gives you way more information about your body which is the 14 key body composition analysis part. You can also use this scale like a normal scale if you just want to see your weight displayed on the scale.
