The 2 gentlemen that brought my arcade and put it together were amazing. I wish that I could remember their names. They also changed my service so that they could set up my tv the day that it was delivered instead of us having to wait until the next day!

2 agents came to assemble the machine and it took them about 1 1/2 hours to complete it. They were friendly and treated my home with respect. I am happy with their performance.

They were done in RECORD TIME!!! I would DEFINITELY recommend getting the “total tech package” when shopping at Best Buy….it covers almost EVERYTHING!!!
