About this product
Art Moore make vivid, heartbreaking short stories. Each song on the newly formed band's self-titled debut album is it's own individual universe of bittersweet feeling a brief snapshot of a moment in time that captures the fragility and occasional impossibility of human connection. These songs are deft character studies, zeroing in on shy beginners, jilted friends and friendly exes, chronicling minute moments-road trips, casual dates, games of truth or dare-with rich detail and subtle wit. Featuring the inimitable songwriting of beloved Oakland luminary Taylor Vick of Boy Scouts set in sharp relief against rich production from Ezra Furman collaborators Sam Durkes and Trevor Brooks, it's a quietly wondrous record - a set of songs that sketch out the struggle and beauty of coping with everyday life. These are songs about tiny, unspoken feelings rendered on a grand scale, moments that often get brushed aside given the weight that they should be. Across these ten stories, Vick, Brooks and Durkes are unsparing in their focus but remarkably generous in their artistry - three pairs of steady, even handscrafting one fine, precious object.

Double vinyl LP pressing. 2018 , the fifth studio album by rapper Mac Miller. Includes the single InchSelf Care.Inch Mac has accomplished every goal he ever set for himself. At least that's what the magazines say about the Pittsburgh kid, and they're right enough. With his first album, he became a grassroots rap megastar. With his second he bared his weird soul and was praised for it. His 11 mixtapes boast a couple bucket lists' worth of collaborators, from Bun B and Kendrick Lamar to Rick Ross and Juicy J. And in the same year that he toured the U.S. backed by a psychedelic soul band, he rapped all over Europe with Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz. He did indie. He's doing major. He even bought himself a ridiculous house in the Los Angeles hills and made a TV show about it. Hell, he made a jazz record.
Double vinyl LP pressing. 2022 collection. A career-spanning, cross-tag anthology featuring 23 essential recordings from 1971-2020 for the first time on one album. Diamonds & Rhinestones The Greatest Hits Collection includes liner notes penned by Robert K. Oermann, who collaborated with Dolly on her 2020 autobiography, Dolly Parton, Songteller My Life in Lyrics. Gems on Diamonds & Rhinestones include Dolly's performances with Kenny Rogers (InchIslands in the StreamInch and InchReal LoveInch), Loretta Lynn and Tammy Wynette (InchSilver Threads and Golden NeedlesInch from Honky Tonk Angels) and InchFaith,Inch her delightfully surprising 2020 collaboration with the Swedish electropop dance duo Galantis (featuring Mr. Probz).
