I love how they went back to their old roots still have some new elements to it but overall, it’s a great assassin Creed game.

It did the return to the roots very well, sometimes too well. The good: Valhalla way overinflated game time. This knocked down the main quest time to less than 20 hours, which made me actually want to try to collect nearly everything. Haven't had that in an Assassin's Creed since Ezio. A nice smaller map made an area I wanted to explore. The focus on stealth once more was refreshing, though I like AC either way. Bad: Ugh, the controls. Glad parkour came back, but it was janky, often leaving me a sitting duck trying to just jump off a pillar while getting shot at. Combat controls were sometimes intuitive, sometimes just as bad as parkour. So, in all, the game was awesome...but the controls being not great really hurts a video game. So, 3.75. Good controls, possibly a 4.25, at least a 4.

I think of your fan of the Assassin Creed games, you'll likely enjoy this one as well. It's not open world like some of the previous few have been but it's certainly not as Pain by numbers as the first few work. It's really kind of something in between, which could become polarizing for those who really like one style of the other but from my perspective it has a lot of the best of both types of games. I was very happy with the graphics, gameplay and I found everything to be really smooth! Still working through the story, but so far so good and I think those who enjoy Assassin's Creed game might really enjoy this.

Playing Mirage is great if you miss that old school feeling of AC. Going back to its roots this game relies heavily on stealth which is what made the orginal games an instant classic and is now used to focus on the majority of your missions during gameplay. Some RPG elements are noticeable here and there but nothing too crazy like odyssey or valhalla. The baghdad map is generally smaller from previous games but still manageable to travel and explore. If you miss the old gameplay style of Assassins Creed than Mirage will be the one to enjoy! Easily one of the best entry’s in the series to date.

Overall the game mechanics keep with what we had with AC:Origins and Valhalla with a smidgen of what we had with the first game. While I liked Origins, loved Odyssey I was lukewarm with Valhalla and with this game I feel it's equal to Origins. The exploration and certain abilities follow Valhalla for the most part like with Eagle sight and map orientation.Still no complaints as the game is fun and that's all that really counts at the end. Having fun playing the game.

The game is beautiful, and the game play is great. My only fault I can see is the dialogue is kinda cheesy and the expressions of the characters are kinda stale and goofy. But other then that the story is good. Sneaking around is fun again.

Plays smoothly and looks amazing. Still linear but feels alot more open world than Valhalla. A very decent addition to the assassin's creed family.

felt more like the original Assassins Creed than any other game in the series over the past several years. Map is much smaller, and the game is nowhere as long as the last 3 Assassins Creed games. A worthwhile play for fans of Assassins Creed games.

Very fun AC game, back to its roots! I have been playing AC since the beginning and was missing the stealth roots for the past few games. I enjoyed the direction from an RPG standpoint, but the series took a turn against my typical liking with having to have a certain amount of XP to truly tackle an area. This game goes back to the roots and is more stealth focused, which is very satisfying. Highly recommend for those who enjoyed the pre-origins style of AC.

This game is a return to the classic AC gameplay and not as long or expansive as the newer ones. Its is still a blast to play and i would highly recommend it.

Decent, didn’t like it as much as basically all the other assassins creed games. I did enjoy returning to an actual assassin.

I appreciate that this game map is way smaller than the ones before. Odyssey and Valhalla were just too Dang big and I never even finished Valhalla after playing it for weeks. Storyline in mirage was good and gameplay was great.

If you played the AC franchise before origins, then you’ll be getting the same game with newer graphics. There is very little innovation in the gameplay and the map navigation can be very confusing and tedious.

Bought for my son who’s almost 10 and he seemed to do really well. It was his first in depth video game and he loves it.

Its just what you would expect. The Baghdad setting is pretty cool, character development is somewhat lackluster. Gameplay is smooth and nice, graphics look sweet on Series X at 4k 120hz.

Its alright, the gameplay is on oar with the newer assasins creed games. However, it does follow the old formula of assasins creed and mixed concepts with ubisofts newer AC games.
