There’s a lot wrong with this device, and I wish I hadn’t wasted my money. It has extreme touchscreen and keyboard delay, so often the machine is just frozen and work and search are impossible. The screen often goes a long time and will not respond. The sound is non-existent. It’s my only slow internet-connected device, and it struggles with even basic functions. As I write this, it’s already needed multiple restarts, keeps freezing inexplicably, and hasn’t been usable yet today. The personality of this Asus leaves a lot to be desired, and it has quirks, inconsistencies, and dumbly designed features. It is not intuitive. I’ve gone back to my real tablet because this Asus isn’t worth the frustration and it is not useful for much beyond MS Word (because Word is very limited on iPads). This computer tries to be a laptop and a tablet, but it is unable to do either adequately except MS Word basic tasks. Word is frustrating and slow on this device, but at least you can eventually produce something a tablet cannot. I would not buy this again, and I wouldn’t recommend it because there’s so little you can do with it. I thought I would like the smaller footprint, but i just find it too small to be good for computer-y functions, and it is too heavy to be portable or used versitilely. I bought a problem and am stuck with a nearly useless machine. This is my second dud in a row from Best Buy as well.
