the reason i gave it a 4 star is that the free 3 month Webroot don't work it is not compatible for Chromebook why offer it if it don't work? plus i try several times to add my personal photos to my theme and could not do it? this thing call linxus i don't even know what that is? it is for my wife and she has to get use to Chromebook cause we always been with Microsoft for about 20 years and it is hard to change. it is a good laptop for the price.

I love everything about it. It is thin and does it exactly what I need it to do. Surfing the web, checking my emails, and being able to download apps from the PLAYSTORE is all I want to do. My favorite app is the ONE NOTE. I use it every day. I am able to print without a problem. I have the EPSON ET-4750 PRINTER. I must say that if you try to print using your personal WIFI it won't work. The WIFI connection has to be connected from the printer in order for you to print. There is more information to give about printing but I will not give it out. BEST BUY is a great store but they will not help you with any simple question because they want you to enroll yourself in the tech support plan which is $200 or pay to have them come to your house. I'm glad I figured out how to print. So, if you want a simple computer for basic stuff this is it!

This product is great for my middle school student to search the web and complete school assignments. The price was great due to the fact that I am not ready to purchase a really expensive computer for an 11 yr. old. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend this product.

MY ASUS LAPTOP HAS BEEN AWESOME SO FAR. IT'S LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY 2 CARRY ROUND IF I WANNA TK IT 2 AMOTHER ROOM IN MY HOUSE. IT'S SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ACER CHROMEBOOK I HAD. JUS WISH I WOULD HAV FOUND THIS ASUS B4 I GOT THE ACER CUZ THIS ONE IS SO MUCH BETTER.

I have another Chromebook and this by far is the worst I have used. Garbage, runs crappy looks good that's about it. And when I went to go return this it never got returned because of the run around I got with 2 different reps. Really surprised on both Bestbuy and Asus very disappointed and wish I would have pushed the issue way more to return this overpriced junk. Don't buy this the money is a waste! The display is also terrible too!! I have had it put away because I get so upset and annoyed at the whole product, situation with best buy and the poor quality.

Got this for basic web browsing and simple tasks. Didn't want to spend big money on a laptop for minimal use. (as I'm using it to write this, lol). Any who the video quality isn't bad either.

Bought as a gift for my parents. Chrome OS took some getting used to. Overall, great value.

Gave as a gift to sister in law. It seems to be working out fine for her, not many complaints yet We have always had good lick with Chrome Books in the past and replaced her old one with this new one. Smaller but just as effecient.

Bought this for my 3rd grader for school. It only took a few minutes to set up, and he was able to use it with no help for both his school account and his home account. It plays the games and apps he likes to play and connects right up to the wifi.

I love the chromebook. Didn't need a mega system. This is a great laptop for travel and home use.

Does everything a middle school kid needs. Very helpful since the school uses chromebook.

ASUS laptop cannot be used while plugged in to a power source to keep the battery charged. Battery life is 3 hours before user has to go off line, plug the laptop into a power source to charge the battery for another 3 hours of use. For a writer, this can be disastrous as the user could lose their flow in their writing. This user was told when asking about this process that the batteries were bad. This laptop was returned and an Acer was ordered which was what I wanted to begin with.

So far so good. Delievery on time. Product as advertised.

Ordered and did pick-up in a short time. Great product and customer service. We have 2 Chromebooks from Best Buy, highly recommend this place.

Got this Chromebook, worked out great in the beginning, very nice display. Unfortunately it died after 4 months. Cannot send it back to the manufacturer since I'm not able to remove my personal documents from the unit. Very disappointing.
