All I has to do is set up the computer and graphics driver which is a breeze. The only thing I can find that could be different is have a removable battery and move the power button off the side of the computer.

I've been in the market for a new laptop for a year now. I finally settled on this asus. First load up is slow as its got to update. But afterwards, its been a smooth ride so far. It's nice and light and great for tablet use. The added programs are actually useful as apposed to other laptops i've ought that prety much just add bloatware. I love the way the keyboard is set up along with the mousepad. Speed is pretty good for having 12gigs (upgradable to 16) I'd totally recommend it especially for the price it's at right now.

I opted for a 15" 2-in-1 only because it comes with a number pad. I wanted light weight and I still got it. The 7th gen i7 processor is quick and the 12GB of RAM help it along even more so. My only hesitation with giving it a 5 star rating is it seems the hinges are loosening up already. If they go south, I will update this review.

This laptop has surpassed my expectations. It is a very powerful machine and can handle everything thrown at it. I'm a designer so needing a computer that can handle the Adobe CC applications is a must. The price being so much lower for similar equipment to a Mac Book Pro made this a no brainer. Using multiple applications at a time hasn't been a challenge for this laptop.

This laptop has all the updated features that I need. I like the RAM speed and the hard drive space. It has more USB ports than the Lenovo. I really like the touch screen and the 2 in 1 feature.

Very aesthetically pleasing. Beaitiful screen with great color and viewing angle. Responsive touchscreen and enough power to run older gaming titles (skyrim, mount and blade) well and newer titles barely.

This laptop is one of the coolest ones I have ever used. The facial recognition works really well and is a neat feature. The storage capacity is massive and great if you want to use it for gaming along with school/work. The touch screen works flawlessly and it's very convenient. Microsoft Ink is also a very useful feature with a lot of possibilities as long as you have a stylus. The boot up is a little slow but other then that I have no qualms.

I needed a new computer for my small business and found an incredible deal on this open-box laptop. It is light years ahead of what I needed for the job, but that just means it's been an even greater investment than I intended. I'm still not a huge fan of Windows 10, but it's not like I had much of a choice. So, I guess I'll get used to it.

Its got a great picture. Iove the touch scream. The speed is very good no problems yet and my son does his homework on it which was one of the reasons for my purchase.

Get one. You won't regret it. Fast. Powerful. Looks cool too. Love the touch screen.

To the point, there seems to be many faulty units out there of this model. I went through two units, before I received one that functioned properly. The first two units had issues ranging from a faulty battery pack to downright poor computer performance. Now finally with a third unit, after exchanging again and revealing these issues, this laptop has been great especially considering the Student Deal I got on it. It runs CAD programs and some video games (BF4) smoothly. This makes multitasking so easy. The sleek design makes for light and easy transport. The battery life relatively is good. So in short, if you can find another laptop that checks the light but powerful box and is in this price range, I'd go with another laptop to avoid the risk of receiving a messed-up unit. If you take the risk, and end up a working model, then you'll like this laptop.

This is much faster than my old laptop. Like the touch screen. Wish the 0 button on the number pad was a little larger or over more left, so it is more like a 10 key calculator.

I have had my new laptop for several weeks and I continue to find that it is meeting and exceeding my needs. I am using this computer for graphic design and it is doing great. Very easy to set up and it is fast and responsive. Very pleased with my experience.

With the standard spin drive, it's quite sluggish, but they know that and expect some changes to happen. Install a nice Samsung 850 evo and it really comes alive. Plays games well, and good for every day use. Nice budget gaming laptop for sure.

I love some of the features of this computer. I've never had a touch screen laptop -- I love it. The keys are just OK. They are a little bit stubborn in their response, especially for a fast typist. The BIG problem is the memory card slot does not work. There is something blocking you from completely inserting a memory card. Others must have this issue, too, since there is a YouTube video showing you how to remove the component from your computer and then how to remove the plastic part. I, of course, will not do that. I bought a two-year Geek Squad plan. They were not helpful, transferred me to Best Buy, who transferred me back. Instead I purchased a USB card reader.

I was not looking for anything fancy. I’ve have had an asus laptop for the last 6 years has worked great. With Technology advancement I thought it was time to upgrade. The salesman at Best Buy was very knowledgeable about the different types of laptops available. The only problem I had after doing all the windows updates was when I went to install my Office suite it locked down requiring me to contact support. I did and office support want to sale me some other software saying my new computer was infected he was very persistent by now. I told him I had geek squad extended warranty he then tried to say they could not fix these issues I found. I contacted geek squad and they got my computer set up with no problems. There was never a need to buy any Additional software

Bought for my wife to run Photoshop. She loves the touchscreen. It's fast, looks good, Very good resolution and graphics quality. Bought a Wacom pen to use on the screen. Initial startup was a pain due to all the Windows OS updates, you just have to be patient and get through them all. Don't try to do anything until all the updates are complete.

I replaced my six year old Asus laptop with another. Good deal. Like the touch screen features. Much cheaper than the original too.
