The chromebook is fine. Tge probably I have is with Best Buy. I bought this Chromebook specifically because it is small and Best Buy has it labeled as having a backlit keyboard. I wanted my keyboard to be lit. It isn't.

Daughter was looking for something to watch movies on and just do basic things on. She seems to love it and the flip aspect.

Volume is way too low to use chromebook to watch you tube or streaming services. Barely audible at hand held distance. Much lower sound and muffled compared to my cell phone.

I paid full price and received a box that had been clearly opened by someone else and this device possibly used. Completely unacceptable. The clear sticker on the plug in was filthy with dirt and dust like it had been replaced.
