When I opened the monitor box, i noticed that the power cord and audio cable was missing. I went back to the store and got those without issue, but once the monitor was finally set up (very simple set up!), the screen was broken. I am completely disappointed. Just buy the monitor new, its not worth risking a broken monitor.

The product is good, but it came with many signs of use, several scratches. While this does not affect its functionality, it leaves much to be desired aesthetically. The product arrived assembled in a poorly packed box. For the price, it's worth it, but it’s important to keep in mind that it’s a used product with visible wear.

Love this screen! It was exactly what I wanted and came in pristine condition despite being a refurbished screen.

This monitor was a replacement for a 10 yr old 22 inch Samsung that was fading fast. It is my first foray into the refurb world but so far it is performing great. Not sure how it would fare as a gaming monitor but for business use at my home remote office it was just what the doctor ordered. Now if it just came with a COVID-19 vaccine it would be perfect...

These monitors were bough refurbished and for the job I needed them to do they are great! - no problem with ASUS quality and the refurbished price made me go that way. However, one of the monitors did not have an HMDI cable and a power supply. I called up BB customer service and a credit to my BB CC was worked out so I can get the HMDI cable and power cord. The agent was great, but after 60 days I have not received the credit to my BB card so I'm out the $35 bucks extra.

Swivels to landscape and portrait orientation very easily for programming. Host 2 hdmi ports and quickly turns on. The sound quality it puts out is okay but I didn’t even know it came with speakers integrated so it’s kind of a bonus.

I've had this monitor for a few months now and I really enjoy it. It fits perfectly with my second monitor, and it is really adjustable. The display is really nice, and I haven't had any problems with it.

I got this screen so I could turn my laptop into a desktop. The screen is very clear with a nice picture, great size.

The monitor delivers on everything listed. I use it as a side monitor in portrait mode. Unfortunately it is not good for this application, as the TN Panel needs to be viewed straight-on. Viewing the panel from any angle significantly throws off the contrast in the picture. However, this is a known feature of TN panels so I can't complain about the product, because that is what is listed. Decent monitor, don't use as a secondary monitor if image quality on a secondary monitor is important to you.

Excellent eye care settings. Stand has excellent height and tilt adjustment.

I have a gaming Asus laptop which kicks it... and so I was not worried when I went for their monitor and have not been disappointed. I am a professional photographer and need a sharp and crisp monitor without spending $500 and this one is it. It is an easy setup with enough ports...

I was sketchy at first when it came in a plain old box but when I opened it up it was intact so far I have used it I seen no issues at all no dead pixel nothing.

I found this monitor very useful for me to work from home and the quality is excellent with compared to my workplace monitors which are high end (in pricing). I love this one and strongly suggest.

I have owned this monitor for some time now and use it for gaming and I love the 1ms responde time I haven’t had any issues at all.

This is a great monitor and I feel like I got a good deal. It makes videos look amazing. It’s better than my Television.

I now have a 3-monitor setup; the ASUS makes the others look dull. It is sharp, brilliant and compact. And the price was great.

Definitely would recommend. Cheap but useful for competitive console gaming. Easy to configure for fps too. Easy setup. Beautiful picture. Going from a tv to this 1ms response time is like night and day.

I purchased this refurbished monitor a couple of weeks ago and I must say I am very please so far.
