The OS is slow but perfect for my purpose. I am using this to write a novel and want as few distractions as possible. Works perfectly while I’m working within Word. Battery life is amazing and last several days on sleep, but I’m keeping this in airplane mode so that probably helps. Good display, great portable size.

Bought this while it was on sale for $150. The build quality is decent, screen is okay, keyboard is good. It's quite slow when multi tasking. This is only good for typing documents and browsing the web. Good for cloud gaming as well.

Love this little laptop. Does all that I need it to do. Only negative is it comes in S-mode. Once I took it out of S-mode I was able to download apps like YouTube and virus protection.

I am not happy with my Asus Laptop! I cannot get on the internet, all else in my house can get it. I even had someone look at it that is good with Computers. He said there is something wrong with the laptop, also that Asus Laptops are not very good! This was an Open Box buy. I would hope it was in Excellent Shape to be sold!! I was also told that they are in good condition to be Sold!!

Do not buy this laptop because it is damaged and Best Buy is using the open box policy to get away with selling damaged products. For the life of me I don’t understand why Best Buy would want to take advantage of there customers. So I say to anyone buying an item from the open box category, buyer beware because apparently Best Buy is selling items for a profit even though they could be damaged. A license to steal.

I don't understand why this is labelled as a gaming laptop. Yes, it is cheap, but it's can barely run Google, YouTube, and Discord. If you're looking for something that can connect to the internet, you can get a better computer.

Terrible!! This is slower than the first phone i ever bought. Constantly freezes and the screen quality is laughable. Cheap doesn't mean good.
