Doesn't come on or charge

The one I ordered does not work, it will not charge or come on. I have yet to return it and see if a new one works.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, this is a random problem. If the controller will not turn on or charge, please allow some time to charge the device and ensure it has ample amount of charge life in order to power on successfully.
