The controller itself look great, really like the RGB. I dont like that you have to connect it to the Armor Crate app on the PC in order to change the light pattern. The option to be able to switch it via the built in oled screen would be great. I was disappointed with the feel of the controller. It feels like any generic plastic controller. It does not have a premium feel you would expect based on the cost. Mine also had a small creak on the right side under the trigger. You can feel some of the plastic creak, as if something didnt snap in place or didn't quite fit properly. Having to use the USB-C cable foe the xbox series x is not a big deal, would prefer if it was wireless but I knew that ahead of time. The cable is pretty long so I had no issue running it to where I normally sit. My biggest issue, and the reason I returned it, was the placement of the back buttons. I came from an Xbox Elite controller and the placement of the paddles sat right where your fingers rest. On the Raikiri, they sit much further in so I kept having to move my finger a decent amount in order to press them. It was very uncomfortable and I used it daily, for several hours for a week. I really tried to give it time to get used to the placement but I was not able to. Hopefully future versions will either change the placement of the paddles, or add paddles that can be turned so they sit in a different position or add replaceable ones. Overall not a bad product but it was just not for me.

For me, a long time xbox user, it’s gets the job done. As in the ergonomics work decently well, not great, the official Xbox elite series 2 controller is definitely better in terms of build quality and usability. The QA on the series 2 is terrible though so this definitely a worthy secondary option for those tired of busted elite controllers, like me. The back paddles are placed awkwardly on the back, useable, but definitely not super comfortable. The oled screen is very much a gimmick, entirely cosmetic and doesn’t even add that much. RGB is pretty cool looking though. Sticks, d-pad, and buttons feel good, the d-pad is the one thing that this controller has over the series 2, while not hot-swappable it feels much better than the series 2 d-pad. A big loss on this controller is the lack of direct to console wireless, if you wanna use this controller on an Xbox it has to be wired. That’s probably my least favorite thing about it. If you want something that looks cool and is reasonably comfortable to use, then I’d recommend, though I also recommend waiting for a sale, as it is quite pricey as is, somewhere around 100$-120$ would be a good price for this.

First of all, I got to say, I bought this controller with my own money, not a paid sponsorship. I got this controller on Memorial Day and it’s been a couple weeks now. I like the build quality the controller is relatively light week. Add to the fact that it’s a Xbox configuration. It’s very comfortable in my hands and with the extra back buttons behind it it does help me pull off a lot of combos better in fighting games and FPS shooters.. I do like the RGB that’s with the controller it’s not overpowering it settle in my opinion and the fact that you could use the Omori program in the PC to configure your dead zones and how send it if you want your trigger stops to be if you don’t want to mess with the physical buttons And as a streamer myself, it does make it more fun for me to pull off sort combinations, fighting combinations and chick shots, so I got to give Asus their big ups for this one and again this is my own personal review, but I got to give them their credit. They did a fine job with a controller And the fact that it’s a OLED screen that does mention the branding name. I think that is a cool feature.

Great controller. Love the RGB but the controller seems smaller then a standard xbox controller. Other then that its a great controller.

Ive been waiting for a controller like this for years, Razer has released a few with RGB and that unique factor that sets it apart from a normal xbox series x controller, but they were all wired or bluetooth only for PC. This controller can be connected via cable, bluetooth, and my personal choice by wireless adapter. If you are looking for a premium, unique, and truly-wireless controller to match your high end PC, this is it! The only con is the RGB light bleed at night around and below the right stick, which makes the controller look a bit cheap (somewhat visible in the picture, more obvious in hand), but 85% of the time I have lights on around and its not noticeable.

Beautiful controller, LOVE the connectivity options and Aura Sync with my ROG set up. The feel of this controller is hard to explain, but it’s a major upgrade from the Xbox design lab controllers. Only downside is it’s a bit pricey.

This controller is wonderful in everything i use it for. Weather its pc or xbox this controller not only allows me to swap my profiles on the fly for the multitude if games i play or even characters in games like Overwatch 2. The dongle AND the cable it comes with allow me to choose how i play. Plus all the gifs ive loaded this thing with is RAD. Thid has been my #1 choice of controller personally over any other fancy controller out there

I purchased this controller to go along with my ROG Ally and it's made it's way to becoming my everyday controller. It comes with a 2.4 wireless USB connector for low latency gaming via PC, the controller also supports PC Bluetooth and USB, the controller also works on Xbox perfectly and all though the Xbox setting is not wireless it's great because the hard connection reduces latency time allowing for fast input response times. I use this controller alot for PC game either it's MW3 or Scarface the world if yours along with emulation gaming. The profiles on the controller also allow you to set up joystick edits trigger profiles and the extra 4 buttons on the back are also great when set up for any game you prefer. The controller also features a cool little led screen allowing you to play animations or edit them to what ever you want, can be pictures or your own animations. Another cool feature is the led lighting, it can be edited to play different preset lighting or you can set up aura sync using the ROG Armory crate app.

Best controller for the money! I've strictly used xbox elite controllers series 1 and 2 and I like this more. Back buttons took some getting used to but not to bad. Also has really good customization on ArmoryCrate

Great feel and look. Highly recommend. Works seamlessly. The display has great stats and functions.

Great for PC games love the profiles settings. You can have multiple profiles on it. Bluetooth is amazing on battery. Life is great only downfall. You can’t use it with Xbox.

This is a really cool, lightweight Pro controller. The Asus software makes it easy to customize and remap the back paddles. I highly recommend it for shooting games.

I love how this controller performs/looks. Though I did encounter two problems. The first controller I received stopped working in two weeks. This controller does not have mouse style switches. Besides that, it is likely the best on the market anyway.

Great controller, feels comfortable in the hands, very responsive. You can adjust the triggers. One of the best I have owned.

Great quality, overall grip feels smooth yet solid. Great details esthetically, and good response, screen on front of controller is a nice touch.

The best controller for my asus rog ally, only the price should go down

I have a bit of a controller habit and this one here is amazing! Super low input lag, might beat out most of my Controllers. On con I have is the lack of headset support when going wireless.

It didn't take long to tear up at all. I wouldn't want another one.
