A: Yes, you can install 3.5' 2 TB HDD.
A: Yes, yes and yes. Although I do all the same with this PC, I added 4 120mm fans and upgrades to 32GB of ram for no issues.
A: It does support it. And yes you can upgrade. MOBO limits 3200MHZ though. I upgraded to 32GB of Corsair RGB 3200MHZ. You will have to go into the MOBO bios to change RAM speed to meet the 3200mhz.
