I already loved the 2025 version of this laptop. This one is basically the same, even looks identical, but now with a more efficient CPU, more GPU power, a brighter screen, a new bottom grille, a tighter hinge, and much better battery life. Those improvements are basically what makes this now a very “complete” feeling premium laptop. We now have a 14” laptop that is hitting almost the same fps in most games as other 16” ones I’ve tested that weigh twice as much and are much chunkier. So it’s very impressive, and the screen is almost blindingly bright now, especially in HDR. The fans are loud in Turbo mode, but there’s lots of ways to optimize it to your preference, you just have to take the time to understand the settings and how to tweak them to your liking. The price hike is crazy, so hopefully some sales happen asap. And the downgrade to 16GB of RAM on this model due to the rampocalypse is very sad. I personally haven’t run into any problems with that after some heavy gaming and benchmarking, video editing, and photo editing, but 16GB isn’t quite “future proof”, so that’s a shame. I guess they didn’t want to give people even more sticker shock if they had gone with 32GB, but still annoying (thanks AI companies). The 2025 is a better value because of this, but the improvements are still very welcomed here.

Although i wasn't happy to pay the price that I paid due to ramageddon. However this is hands down the best laptop I've ever own. I ditched my old laptop dongle because this laptop has every port I needed. I'm an IT professional who attends several meetings and I'm always on the go and this laptop is able to last me all day and more without charging. I love that I can also take this home, connect it to a 4k TV and play games on high settings. This laptop can do everything. I'm more than happy with this purchase.
