Most horrible experience with a laptop ever. Had best buy protection plan needed it within 3 months when the screen died. Believe its from closing it immediately after gaming melted something internal from heat. Got a replacement and the right hinge broke the plastic holding a capture nut literally disintegrated. Then exactly 2 weeks off the extended warrarty the power port now no longer works. BestBuy estimated a $400 repair bill on a $700 laptop and oh i might lose all my data in the process. If you open one and see how flimsy the internals are it should be criminal to sell something so shoddy. Also this laptop sat on a desk and never moved because the battery life was pretty poor. First and last asus laptop i am ever buying. You have been warned.
