Searched online for a gaming monitor, I was going with the BenQ, but decided this one since it was on-sale as well. It has everything that the BenQ has, this one is 75hz instead of 60hz, but that really doesn't matter if you use it for console gaming, which was my primary reason, this monitor is console ready. plug and play right away to any console. The 1ms TraceFree is amazing, you see the difference coming from a 42inch TV. the Eye Care is a plus and different game modes work like a charm for when you are playing FPS games, for example. It has 2 HDMI ports and speakers, yes it has speaker and even thought they are stereo, they sound is great fro when I'm not using my Astro A50 wireless headset while gaming or watching something on the console. This is the best budget gaming monitor IMO, which is console ready. Don't hesitate to get one, I got it even cheaper because BB matched the Amazon price, if the item if sold and ship from Amazon, which this one is. A++++, to BB as well, the warranty is cheap to for 4 years.

When our company recommended that we work from home, I knew that the 17” laptop screen would not be sufficient considering that in the office, I use two 27” monitors with the desktop. After looking at several reviews, I opted for the Asus 24” monitor because it looked like it was the best value for what I was looking for. Setup was easy and 5 weeks later, I’m still very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend it.

Picked this up when I wanted something with a higher refresh rate. For the games i play 75hz was plenty and you can see the difference over a 60hz screen. For 1080p gameplay i think 24" is a great screen size. The included base is height adjustable and has pretty good cable routing. The panel has good color and i have no complaints while gaming or watching videos. The VESA mount is a nice option to have.

their honestly isnt to much I can really say about these monitors, yes monitors- I bought 2 of them, the response time is fast the refresh rate is pretty high, the price was good and they where the biggest I could fit into my roll top desk. the color as far as Im concerned is good. The integrated cable routing in the stand is nice to keep the cables out of the way, and the stands themselves are pretty nice. i appreciate them not being glossy as these are easy to clean. my one issue which isn't really an issue at all except in my specific situation is the bezels around the display are a little on the thick side, Ideally; id like to see it narrower, because in a dual monitor setup, like mine, the result is a pretty good amount of space between the 2 screens about an inch by my estimations, however I believe that for the price vs specs vs size, these are a great deal and probably the best your going to find at the size.

I bought 2 of these monitors and I love them. Very clear picture excellent refresh rate. I could not ask for anything better to finish up my gaming setup.

I’m not an expert reviewer, but I’m really happy with this purchase. The height is adjustable and it tilts in several angles. It has a knob on the back for the settings and easy to exit out of it. The graphics are amazing and it has blue light reducers. The monitor fits perfectly on my son’s small desk. My son is really enjoying it.

Higher refresh rate 75p Hz and wide range of views and customization. Biggest thing of all I got in Best Buy open box with a beat price.

I needed a monitor for gaming. I mostly play XBox One X and already had an Asus 27” and wanted a 4K monitor. I wasn’t impressed with it so I decided to go with a newer version of the Asus. The picture is excellent. I use the built in cross hairs on FPS games. Very happy with this monitor. Perfect size in my opinion for close up gaming. I have this hooked up to my computer and not impressed with it for browsing or typing but for the amount of computer work I use I can tolerate it.

This monitor does the job. I'm in no condition to get into details on quality, but the screen is clear and the colors are great. It was nice until about 2 and a half weeks in when one of the pixels died. It died after the return window closed, so I requested an RMA from Asus. I submitted my claim on the 11th, still waiting to hear back on them as of today

Great monitor. you may think that 24in isn't enough but it is surely a lot. Also It has a great build quality overall. Definitely recommend this and ASUS brand.

Although this isn't the biggest monitor of there, it's definitely an upgrade from my first. The image is bright and vibrant and the colors are wonderful. The 1ms response time also means no blurs that I can see while playing. In the picture you can see the difference between this monitor (left) and my old one. I'm not gong to bash the old monitor because it faithfully performed for me for years, but I like this new Asus so much, I might get another so they match. Highly recommend

Great monitor paid $180 75 MHz at 1080p Great for the price

One of my long time Viewsonic monitors (matching pair) started intermittently going on and off at will. I did some research before buying as usual. I've had some experience with ASUS products and ran across the VG245H monitor here on Best Buy. Once viewing it in store, I was very pleased with its performance. I mounted it next to my still-working Viewsonic and made the decision this was not going to work! A couple of days later I had TWO Asus VG245's! The only "drawback" is the rear mounted adjustment buttons (Pictured). The buttons are on the right lower rear corner which means the units butted together makes it "hard" to reach them. The left monitor's buttons, of course, are blocked by the right monitor and my right monitor edge is butted up against another component because of my space. HOWEVER, because of the tactile buttons & the joystick up/down/right/left feature reaching underneath each device will get much easier when I'm used to which button does what. They are vertically positioned so if you have short fingers, an impairment or something, the performance of the monitor(s) far outweighs the minor inconvenience. Try this out in store but once you see the screen, the buttons probably won't matter!

This is the absolute perfect gaming monitor for my Xbox One S. The speakers do sound cheaply made but that’s not an issue for me as I use my headset all the times. Also navigating through the menu on this monitor is a huge relief because most monitors have complicated menu controls. I would definitely recommend this monitor.

Bought the monitor for working at home and it was a great buy. Great picture, easy to configure as a third monitor and sound is pretty good. I would recommend.

Don’t ever use a tv when you play. This one will blow your minds out of how detailed it is and the quality of the image. Fps is really sharp and fast!! best one you’ll ever get.. if you’re a gamer you know you don’t need that curve screen it has to be 24”

My plan was to buy a good monitor at a reasonable price...it was to become my third monitor on my computer...i have two 23 inch Samsung monitors that have been great...since I was adding i wanted to stay in the same size range...well I picked this monitor because it had the highest user rating in my price range. When it showed up I was surprised or should I say I was impressed! Within days I found myself thinking about getting two more. I still might!
