Q: Can you expand the RAM/Memory for this laptop
A: The ASUS Vivobook S 15 OLED K5504VA laptop comes with 16GB or 8GB LPDDR5 memory on board. According to the specifications, the memory is non-removable, and the system’s total memory is not upgradeable. This means that unfortunately, you cannot expand the RAM for this specific model.
Q: Does this laptop having USB-C charging port or traditional one
A: It a traditional style charging port that uses a 90w ASUS power cord.
Q: Any info on the wifi/bluetooth chip? Is it Intel? Bluetooth 5.3? Wifi 6?
A: I don't have the laptop or any of its paperwork with me right now, but I'm pretty sure it's WiFi 6. Also, I have to add that, so far, this machine has had no problems at all. The bad and very bad reviews I read about this particular model simply reflect the percentage of defective units that got past their quality control. No manufacturer is operating at 100% QA success. I calculated that about 89% of the reviews we very positive and about 11% were very negative. So your chances of getting a good one coming off the assembly line is very high but not guaranteed. I got a good one and could not be more pleased with it, especially for under $1000.
Q: Whether it gas preloaded MS OFFICE
A: A Trial version of MS Office was preloaded. I have an annual subscription to MS Office so as soon as I logged into my Microsoft account, all my MS Office documents were available on this laptop. Was almost instantaneous. I chose to only let the laptop have access to two e-mail Outlook accounts while my desktop has access to more e-mail accounts. That system works well.

A: Yes, this laptop has an international warranty.
Q: Is this able to be hardwired/connect to Ethernet?
A: No. You would have to get a Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C hub which had an Ethernet connector. For my purposes, the included WiFi connection works well enough.
