This computer is horrible. Wifi drops in and out constantly. You will have to open and close it 3 or 4 times to get it to come back if you are lucky. Best buy support is a joke. This computer will NOT satisfy your needs. Buy a cheap Dell or Panasonic and you will be better off. I can't believe they scammed me out of almost 1400$

I bought this computer for my grandnephew who has plans to attend college in the fall. Thus far, he loves it because it's FAST. Hopefully it will last him thru college.
