A: The laptop is pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro. Windows setup needs to be completed and go to Settings > System > About to verify the Windows 10 OS version. If it doesn't show a Pro version, please contact your seller for a resolution.
Q: There's supposed to have black sleeve inside the box. I couldn't find it.
A: Please reach out to your place of purchase for assistance on locating your sleeve.
Q: Can I charge this Zenbook Flip S with a portable battery or powerbank?
A: Theoretically, it should work if the battery bank supports outputting the 65w this machine's original charger uses. However, most battery banks don't output this much and means it will very slowly charge, and likely discharge if you are trying to use it at the same time.
