Q: How is the performance of the laptop? Does it crash often or works slowly ?
A: It is definitely a powerful machine. It does get hot. The stand that Asus provides it likely for the airflow as much as for the convenience.
Q: Does this laptop get overheated when charging or using?
A: It definitely gets hot. Not sure if it overheats. Tested with Cinebench it get's a 15704 multi-core. I saw temps of 95C and Processor never throttled much. went from 3.350-3.450.
Q: How is the battery back of the lalptop?
A: Not so good. Maybe 3 hours in performance mode with 120hz HDR enabled and all features on. You can turn off features to maximize battery life, but then what's the point. I have an M2 Max MacBook Pro and it is incredible I can go for days without charging with only light/moderate use throughout the day.
Q: Is this laptop heavy or light weight? Is it heavier than typical macbooks?
A: It is definitely heavier than the equivalent 14" MacBook Pro. It is slightly larger at a 14.5" Screen. The added bottom screen definitely gives you more real-estate to work but with added weight and sacrificed battery life.
Q: Does this have the numeric keypad in the keyboard.
A: It does not, the numeric keypad was only introduced in the earlier models, with larger screen displays if I’m not mistaken. This is a newer model of the Asus Zenbook Duo plus it is only a 14” display.
