The Expanded Edition does not incude the DLC on the disc version like it say it does you have to pay extra for it. So either Atari is lying or PS just wants more money for the DLC. When I try to play the games on the Wide World of Atari it takes me to the PS Store to buy the DLC. When I put in the disc it downloaded 2 files one was the gasme the other was a updete version 1.008.000 wich in lyman terms you need to buy the DLC.

The best parts of this collection were the documentary sections, where people involved with Atari back in the day talked about their experiences. Those were very interesting and informative! Unfortunately, I feel that the collection was lacking for a few reasons. Firstly, the actual games are... not great. They may have been good back in the day, and are interesting from a historical perspective, but aren't all that fun to play today. A bigger problem, is that too many games are just missing. The infamous E.T. game, the Atari 2600 Pac-Man, Alien vs. Predator on the Jaguar, are significant games in Atari history, yet are absent here. I understand that rights issues are to blame, but it makes a "history of Atari" collection feel incomplete. I did like the "Remastered" versions of classic games, though, as it was interesting to see what some of these games would look like with modern game design in mind. There was also a video about homebrewing games for the Atari 2600, and I am very curious about what someone with today's knowledge would be able to do with hardware from back then. A sample game would have been fun to see, even if it was not an actual product. I did like the history aspect, but I feel like this collection could have been more. They did try, though, and I would love collections from other companies to have this type of design sensibility in mind when doing retro compilations of their own.

The DLC is included on the disc, no paper code to download. Upon inserting the disc, a prompt will inform you that you can also install the DLC along with the base game while also downloading the latest update.

Fun collection of assorted Atari Games from the 2600 to the Jaguar. Be advised you may need to manually install the add ons. Click on manage game content to make sure its installed if not just select the add ons and click install.

You are purchasing The Expanded edition that SHOULD include The 2 DLCs (The First Console War & The Wider World of Atari). When you insert the Disc, PlayStation only read the launch version Anniversary Celebration not what you are purchasing (EXPANDED EDITION).
great old games well worth playing not to heavy not to light just right

Do not recommend, the game play is horrible and the game selection is even worse.
