About this product
Strictly Leakage was a 2007 Christmas gift to fans in the form of a free download. The title was a nod to both leaking their own music as well as to the golden era hip-hop that inspired them. It sounded uniquely different from Atmosphere's recordings around this time. Ant was back digging into the funk & soul crates, producing sample driven tracks that sounded as if they were birthed alongside early hip-hop classics. Slug was rapping with a renewed passion, yet somehow sounded more casual and carefree, delivering endless wordplay with more technical rhyme patterns than their recent releases. Together, they created 13 exclusive songs that sounded as if they were having fun flexing different creative muscles without the pressure of any official album expectations - undoubtedly as rewarding an exercise for themselves as it was for the listeners. Soon after , Strictly Leakage was briefly pressed on a limited run of vinyl and CD, but it wasn't long before they sold out, and fans were left chasing streams and digital files in order to hear it. Finally, the project returns to vinyl and CD so fans everywhere can own and appreciate this unique chapter in Atmosphere's story. Album Tracks 1. Ygm 2. Little Math You 3. Full Moon 4. The Things That Hate Us 5. Jewelry 6. Get It to Get Her 7. Domestic Dog 8. Crewed Up 9. What They Sitting For? 10. That's Not Beef, That's Pork 11. The Old Style 12. You Played Yourself 13. Road to Riches

Vinyl LP pressing. 38 Baby 2- which marks the long awaited sequel to YoungBoy's 2016 breakthrough mixtape, 38 BABY-proved an even greater triumph, debuting at #1 on the Billboard 200 as well on the InchTop R&B/Hip-Hop AlbumsInch and InchTop Rap AlbumsInch tallies. Indeed, the 's phenomenal success made history, affirming YoungBoy as only the third artist to ever have three Top 5 albums on the Billboard 200 in a 12-month period.

Following their last , The Day Before Halloween-an imaginative, distorted-synth-driven concept album-Atmosphere returns with a refreshing new project, simply titled WORD? Steering back toward their signature sound, the album further highlights producer Ant's undeniable talents as the project leans into the classic boom-bap aesthetic, bringing a unique energy out of Slug's wisdom, wit and delivery. From onset, WORD? proves to be every bit an exercise in refining and advancing their craft as it is a harkening to earlier work. That is, while their releases have grown more broodingly cinematic, and increasingly concerned with the human condition and mortality, WORD? manages to reintroduce moments of levity and lightheartedness throughout, an approach seldom heard on their albums of late. From album opener InchFleetwood,Inch with it's razor-sharp snares and warm fleshy bassline, to the resonant melody of InchClockedInch, there are strong hints of Atmosphere's nascent years within the sound. Meanwhile, songs likeInchWoesInch, InchStrungInch and InchVanishInch cheerfully make light of daily hardships, but they're more likely to be remembered for making listeners want to bob their heads and sing along. With Slug and Ant directing the course, the album plays like a joyride through a range of experiences and emotions, with an extensive cast of special guests hopping in and out along the way, including Evidence, Muja Messiah, Musab, Nino Bless, Nikki Jean, Anwar HighSign, BlackLiq, Sa-Roc, Haphduzn, Lateef the Truthspeaker, Aesop Rock, and the late MF DOOM (RIP). The result is a project that feels like it came from the era or, perhaps more fittingly, the mindset that created albums like God Loves Ugly, Seven's Travels, or the popular Sad Clown series, while sounding as polished and perfected as more recent albums like Mi Vida Local or Whenever.Ultimately, WORD? pairs the breadth

On Jestures, Atmosphere's sprawling new album, Slug digs into the friction of middle-aged domesticity and stability, uncovering the quiet tensions that shape creative life. Long past the belief that great art needs great pain, he challenges the trope that creativity must be born from trauma. Instead, Atmosphere's fifth of the 2020s reflects a more grounded kind of struggle-one rooted in reflection, routine, and the work of becoming. The album's ambitious structure mirrors it's introspection 26 songs, each titled with a different letter of the alphabet and sequenced from A to Z. Even guest appearances follow suit-Evidence lands on InchEffortless,Inch Kurious on InchKilowatts,Inch and Musab, Muja Messiah, and Mike the Martyr appear on InchMash.Inch Many tracks are strikingly short-one or two verses at most-delivering sharp ideas with precision and restraint.More than a look back, Jestures is a meditation on movement and meaning. Slug weaves memory and present-day reality over Ant's richly textured beats, blending electro-glitch, warm twang, and cinematic drones. It's a mosaic of life's overlooked moments-how a partner's habits, a child's quirks, or a passing sound can reveal something new. What emerges is a story of progress, building toward a future defined by resilience and creative clarity. Album Tracks 1. Asshole 2. Baby 3. Caddy 4. Daley 5. Effortless 6. Furthermore 7. Grateful 8.
